Tuition Free Public Charter School Serving Grades K-12.

Vision Charter Academy (VCA) is a unique and personalized alternative educational program that serves families in Delta and the adjacent counties of Montrose, Mesa, and Gunnison. We began as Vision Home & Community Program in 2000 as three contract schools in Delta County. We became the first charter school in Delta County in 2013 and offer services at three Campuses: Delta, North Fork, and Surface Creek.

Our mission remains the same, to provide every K-12 learner at VCA with an optimal learning environment that is tailored to his/her interests and needs. We are the regional experts in individualized education offering our families 15 years of operating experience and support. The school is designed to meet the needs of the whole child by utilizing a variety of materials that address the Colorado Academic Standards while maintaining a focus on the individual child’s needs. VCA offers a parent guided and class based path for learners.
