Thank you for your interest to guide Vision Charter Academy (VCA) learners in pursuing their educational goals through your business services. As a charter school our business vendor approval is dictated by many regulatory agencies including but not limited to the I.R.S., P.E.R.A, Colorado Department of Education, Pinnacol Insurance and Department of Labor. These requirements are extensive with no room for exceptions; therefore, the process is comprehensive to ensure we meet these requirements.
Due to the time necessary for the approval process; business vendor submissions are considered two times a year for approval. Business submissions from December 10th - August 12th will be considered for fall semester, while those submitted between August 13th and December 9th will be considered for spring semester.
